The management of moral classes in elementary school belongs to the non-intersubjective management, which causes noticeable and unsolved problems. This dissertation points out that the management of moral classes in elementary school should overcome the past shortcomings and turn to the inter-subjectivity. Inter-subjectivity theory applied to the management of moral classes in elementary school exams the process that teachers and students achieve true communication and mutual development by reaching agreement on moral codes and conduct. The process takes teaching and classroom communication as media, in a series of interaction, intercommunication and inter-exchange. Such management has five characteristics: coexistence, compatibility, equality, originality and expansibility. Inter-subjectivity applied to the management of moral classes in elementary school exceeds the old way in theory and in practice. The strategies involved in inter-subjectivity management include the following five stages: first, evoke communication passion by establishing "I—You" TS relations; secondly, set down classroom regulations and communication rules; thirdly, conduct multidimensional communicating activities and establish communication environment; finally, achieve true communication by concerning on student's needs. For teachers and students, inter-subjectivity applied to the management of moral classes is not a termination but a process, where they grow mature when paying out, understand each other when exchanging ideas and share achievement when communicating.
