Group Counseling On The Career Planning

The research on career planning contributes to the theory and practice of career guidance. This study consists of two parts: theoretical and empirical study. In theoretical study, the main research of career development and career develop phases are concluded; In empirical study, the assessment of the college students' career developing actuality and the group counseling to it are made.Through studies, several conclusions are drawn:1. The reliability, validity and other psychometrics indexes of the self-made "college students' career developing actuality investigation questionnaire" are satisfactory.2. The career planning actuality of the college students in our country present for the employment confidence insufficiency, occupation understanding illegibility; The male and female university student have the significant sex difference in the twodimension------" employment confidence" and "self cognition"; The cities, the non- citiesuniversity student have the significant region difference in the "occupation cognition".3. The experimental group and control group have the significant difference on the increasing values of "occupation cognition"," career direction detection", "self cognition" and "career cognition", and the experimental group members have positive evaluation on the group counseling, so the effect of the group is good.4. The self-made "college students' career developing actuality investigation questionnaire" can be used to screen the clients, orient the career developing actuality and evaluate the group counseling.
