In 1971,James the British education, who advanced the famous theory -the Three phases Theory of teachers education and put entering-profession into the system in Japan, the U.S.A. and Britain where it appeared earlier.The entering-profession education is the part of the continual -education for new teachers. It is an executive job and belongs to non degree-education. It has two forms, one is focusing-education; the other one is separate-education. The first form appears in the education schools or teachers colleges; the second one can be seen in the schools where new teachers work and the schools carry out the system of teachers-to -students . This kind of education is the weakest process of teachers education at present. We have not set up this rule yet until now.This thesis belongs to the research category of teachers education and characteries the applied research The paper uses the teachers educations,sociopsychology theories, etc.It applies the means of literatures ,investigations, analysis's and casbooks It aimed at surveying the problem of teachers education fully in Yanji and Siping .The questionnaires takes up 72% in effective, and the total number is 132. we take back 101 of it . The 95 of it is effective. The problems in the questionnaires involve the aspects of the workload, facing-problems, entering-profession education .The research covers in the fields of forms, methods and so on .The new teachers education has not been held in the middle schools of the two cities for three years .The new staff accepted continual -education and new-courses reforming training. The result shows the questions: (1)The training overemphasized the executive and theory , and the training lacks of practice;(2)the moder is simple; (3)the guide activities ;(4)the subjective roles of the new staff can not be exerted .After the investigation ,we have the following advice :(1) to develop the new courses especially for the new staff; (2) to perfect the contents ,forms and rays of entering-profession education; (3) to establish the good conditions of the new staff; (4) to promote the self-education and self-improvement; (5) to set up the evaluating system of the new teachers;All together ,we aim at improving the specialty development in the...
