At the beginning of 21st century, after the globalization of economy, the graduate under the training of Chinese traditional education idea are difficult to adapt to the demand of new era more and more. At the meantime, the soaring growth of the number of graduates due to the popularizing of higher education result in the more prominent contradict of supply and demand of human resource, but the traditional employment idea still can not be improved. All these factors make the graduates' dispose meet the unprecedented state. How to solve the problem reasonably and make the dispose of graduate human resource get to an optimized phase is the main task of the thesis. The dispose demands the corporation from all over the entire society. As the foundation of developing of students, college plays a great role in the dispose of the graduates. In addition, we can not ignore the role of the government more. so based on developed country's experience, the thesis put forward the author's own idea ,that is the following three measures of promoting dispose of college graduate human resource. First, the college should construct management system of education aiming at improving students' vocational ability. Second, the college should construct education management system aiming at developing human resource of students. Third, the college should construct market-orientated education management system. At the same time, the government should strengthen the macro-control toward the market, the reform of the higher education and unit that demand staffs.
