With the further development of the educational system' s reformation in our country, the state encourage to individuals and enterprises establish school, KangDa Group(KDG) have been established in this instance . But school depend on the quality of teaching, however the high quality of teaching depend on the high learning and the high diathesis' s talent include KDG. How to guarantee the human resources of KDG strengthened constantly and keep the talents and to strengthen the market competition power of KDG are the flinty, So it is theoretical and practical significance to study the turnover of talented people and their retention.Based on the theories and models of talents turnover, the paper summarize profoundly the results and causes of talents turnover through the analysis of the present situation and characteristics of talents turnover in KDG. The paper analyses of the factors that influence talents turnover in KDG. By designing two investigation programs, the paper analyses of the individual factors that influence talents turnover in KDG. The first program is a survey of those teachers who have resigned from KDG. The second one is of those who are still working with KDG with the focus on the overall level of satisfaction of the KDG teachers and the causes of dissatisfaction. By modeling analysis, it is noted that the overall satisfaction level of the KDG teachers is low .The main causes include low salary , a lack of participation in management ,etc. Based on the causes disclosed from this investigation ,the paper puts forward the effective countermeasures that will solve the problems of teachers turnover in KDG .This paper has which covers a number of areas such as efficient configure , performance evaluation , compensation and prompting policy , training and development , school culture , etc . So as to keep the ratio of first-class teachers turnover at a reason able level.
