Biology is a laboratory-based disciplines, experimental teaching is a major component of biology teaching, want to get into biology lessons not only for teaching the theory, it is still imperative for experimental teaching. In excellent biological experiments, it will not only help students correctly understand and apply the theoretical knowledge of biology, biology can firmly grasp basic skills, but also the ability to train students. Junior high school biology experiment in teaching practice, there are a number of objective factors affecting the experimental results, If students have the knowledge and ability to understand the difference between the experimental apparatus such limitations. The result of this is that many students do not have strong abilities to experiment yourself operation, a solid knowledge of biological experiments. So students' comprehensive training in practical skills at the same time stressed how to adopt more effective ways of teaching has become an interesting field of study. With the computer and the Internet mainly to the rapid development of information technology, the idea is continuously updated. Integration between the various disciplines of information technology and teaching reform has become a trend. It is particularly more important to the study of biological experiments.This paper deals with the status of related projects in the light of the situation of middle school students studying biological experiments. Through this process and the implementation of the outcomes of the two rounds of experimental analysis, discussed the use of information technology in the teaching of biology experiments and junior high school biology experiment on the impact, Shows the application of information technology to optimize the biological experiments in the process of teaching and inspire students to learn. Teaching students to solve the problems and focus on improving the efficiency and quality of teaching. Moreover, teachers in the use of information technology should pay attention to the problem was analyzed in detail.
