The student difference is the wealth, is precious resources when effective teaching is pursued. Under the present organizational form of teaching, the course content is relatively invariable, how enables different students who choose interested way to participate in study on identical content?It is beneficial for deeper understanding to create knowledge circumstances .We should provide free\opening circumstances for senior.The author preliminarily analysis students's classroom learning difference, have a teaching reaserch fousing on cognition difference—explorating "situation—role" open geography classroom teaching model.According to students's different study types, cognition styles, preparating conditions, this action reaserch bases on multi-intelligence theory and three-leyers intelligence theory, designs teaching situation. students may choose favorate roles in the classroom. Difficult and vapid study becomes interseting study. The practice indicates, this open teaching stratery has an effective effect on classroom teaching quality,the student cognition, the practice ability and the study interest.Before class: Like a scenarist, the teacher designs some different roles, then students choose the roles and prepare the lessons.In classroom:Students, divided into some group or been independent, study in an open circumstances.After class: assessments and assignments should be also open. assessments by the roles which students choose, assignments in accordance with students' roles.Author initially establishes high school geography classroom effective teaching "strategy package" in view of the students's difference."The strategy package" bases on teaching process's three stages: preparation, implementation and appraisement. According to whether there is network, it may apply to classroom usual teaching and classroom teaching with the aid of the network. Some strategies are suitable for single class and other strategies are suitable for a chapter as a while. A serialized teaching situation design "the strategy package" is established.
