At present the change inside and outside of the education requires that the educational research descend to the schools, the place in whole education is sure ask for the School—based Teaching Research which is also the assure of carrying out the new curriculum reformat ion. Meanwhile, Professional Development of Teacher is the inevitably to the global educational development. Following the starting and deeping of the reform of basic teachers' specialization development in primary and middle school is more and more valued by the public. This thesis is initiated from the discussion on the Professional Development of Music Teachers, based on achievements acquired by the researchers.The main method of the thesis is abstract reasoning.It is posed of three parts. In the first, the author summarize the backgrounds of the words and china' Professional Development of Music Teachers. In the second part , the author summarize the fundamental concept of School —based Teaching Research. Meanwhile elaborate the relationship of them. The third part is the central of the thesis. The contact include fore aspects: innovatate the managination model of the School-based Teaching Research; establish the mechanism of the School-based Teaching Research; found the effective model of the School-based Teaching Research; apply correct method of the School-based Teaching Research.
