The research on theory and practice of Chinese school—based curriculum development is in the first stage. Chinese school—based curriculum development includes two aspects : on one hand ,Chinese national curriculum school-based implementation. on the other hand, include the Chinese school—based curriculum creation independently by school. On current, the research of Chinese school—based curriculum development concentrates on two aspects :the first is Chinese national curriculum school-based implementation ,and second is the Chinese school—based curriculum creation. The essay consists of three parts: chapter one, the relative research conditions on school—based Chinese curriculum development .This part is divided into two sections, section 1 is the background of school—based curriculum development and concept definition ; section 2 is cultural heritage overview about school—based curriculum development and Chinese school—based curriculum development. Chapter two: the research of theory about school—based Chinese curriculum development. This part includes three sections, section 1 discusses the possibility and necessity of school—based Chinese curriculum development; section 2 analyze the forms of school—based Chinese curriculum ;section 3 discusses how to develop and use the school—based Chinese curriculum resources. Chapter three: the research of practice about school—based Chinese curriculum development .Divide two sections, section 1 compares to several relation among school—based Chinese curriculum ,elective course, movable course and elective curriculum; Section 2 discusses three kinds of ways about school—based Chinese curriculum development, that is: Chinese national curriculum school-based implementation , Chinese school—based curriculum creation and Chinese school—based teaching research. This essay, the writer thinks that the development and useness on Chinese curriculum resources should be emphasize in Chinese school—based curriculum development; the development approach persists of Chinese national curriculum school-based implementation , Chinese school—based curriculum creation and Chinese school—based teaching research .
