Along with the increase of graduates' number and the change of employment from the way of assignment in the planned economy to the bidirectional choose nowadays, the competition of employment of college graduates is gradually becoming fiercer. The characteristics in the market-oriented economy requires colleges to develop quality education, in which, graduates should enhance their practicing abilities in order to meet expectations in employment.The thesis analyzes the theory and methods of evaluating students. It adopts 5-point scale to have a survey on the enhancement of the employing abilities. Analyzed by SPSS, the result shows the problems encountered by graduates in employment and some indexes and percentages are put forward.On the basis of analyzing the former methodologies, students' comprehensive quality will be evaluated by AHP evaluating method. In order to have a research on different groups such as students and employers, a network questionnaire system is designed to automatically supervise the result and carry on the backstage management.The evaluating systems of students' quality, the network questionnaire system and quality evaluation are all important aspects in the computer assistant employment. Through the survey and its analysis on students and the employers, colleges can master the characteristics of their graduated, the market orientation and the incapability of students in the market. Therefore, the thesis provides a reference and some evidence for colleges to adjust the teaching schedule and developing mode on students' quality.
