Analysis Of The Contemporary Primary And Secondary Thanksgiving Education

Gratitude education is a humanistic education which is to cultivate students knowing gratitude, having gratitude, paying a debt of gratitude and bestowing favor depending on a certain contents of gratitude education by some certain educational ways or methods. Gratitude education is a emotion education which is moved by deep emotion, a moral education which is paid moral debt by moral, is education of humane nature. The paper aims to put the cream of education gratitude into our moral practice by analyzing and studying gratitude ideology, and constructs a scientific practicable program with more theory and practices value in order to push on moral education in elementary and middle education on the base of it.This research mainly uses methods, such as literature, interview and observation, etc. The paper firstly defines the gratitude and represents the definition and contents of gratitude. In the second part, the paper puts gratitude thought in at home and broad in order by literature, then analyzes the definition and function of gratitude thought from the point of psychology, philosophy and ethics, discards its defects and absorbs its creams, draws true thought from it which is objective and useful for our moral education practice. Nowadays there is lack of gratitude education in schools, in the third and fourth part, the paper summarizes the situation of gratitude conscious of student and analyzes the reasons of it from their family, society and school on the whole. At last, the value of gratitude is mentioned. The last part of it this paper, combining with psychological and age characteristics of students, it demonstrates ways, contents and principles of carrying out gratitude education in details.
