| This study investigates high school students' multiple intelligences according to psychologist Howards 'Gardner's theory. And it combines Gardner's multiple intelligences' theory with the high school's curriculum reform .This study puts forward that the physics curriculum and teaching should develop high school students' multiple intelligences, especially these four aspects of intelligence: visual-spatial, bodily-kinesthetic, naturalist and logical-mathematical intelligence for students.According to the understanding of multiple intelligences, the present conditions of high school and the experience of pedagogy, this study raises some strategies that we should use this theory in high school's physics teaching and that we should use relevant teaching strategies to design some typical cases to develop these four aspects ,also to practise them. The aim of this study is to enlarge teacher's vision ,to fing out new visual angle , and to offer fresh teaching methods. Then our physics teaching can suit varied students' intelligence and ability, and can improve the development of the students' total personality. This study was devided into three sections. They are concerning these four aspects of Howards·Gardner's multiple intelligences theory, some teaching strategies of developing these four aspects and some typical cases of how to foster these four aspects during physics teaching. It integrates theory with practice and relates methods and cases . |
