| At present the continuing education for primary and middle school teachers is being challenged by the practice, while the continuously deepening educational and teaching reforms have imposed new requirements on the continuing education for teachers. An objective and justified research and analysis of the present situation of the continuing education for primary and middle school teachers, and a proper evaluation of the positive role and existing problems and affirmative response as well are of vital significance to promotion of sound development of the continuing education for primary and middle school teachers and bringing into full play its due role.This paper, by adopting research and study and based on current situation of the continuing education for primary and middle school teachers in Hai'an County, Jiangsu Province, conducts a rational analysis of the value orientations, implementation strategies, training modes, implementation effects of the continuing education for teachers, giving a full affirmation and theoretical enhancement of the practical and feasible practices in the continuing education for teachers and burrowing into its existing problems, and it also ponders over the future development of the continuing education for primary and middle school teachers in Hai'an County. |
