Reading teaching is an important part of Chinese teaching. Yet reading teaching in vocational school can't break loose from the restraint of traditional education for examination because of the long influence of traditional teaching pattern. There has been a serious problem for long in reading teaching in middle education. That is conceptionization in teachers'reading teaching. It limits the students innovative thoughts. Where is the new teaching method guided by the literature on analysis will undoubtedly do good to the students on widening their cultural view and enriching their soul, on guiding their thoughts and directing their value standard, especially on their intelligence construction and personality perfection. And this new method agrees with the modern society's requirement and reprents the modern development theory in education.Now the nation makes vocational education the foundation of the economical society, and the importance part of educational schools soars.Reading teaching is the first to be innovated. It's a serious innovation field that the students innovative ability should be developed through the new reading teaching method guided by the literature analysis. So the author plans to study this field and searches for a new way more suitable for vocational students. A new way to innovate and personalize reading activity, a new way to make the students like reading and be curious, a new way to wake up their interests on learning and ability on creating a new way to make the students qualified for jobs and professions.This paper consists of five parts: PartⅠdeals with the necessity of literately reading teaching innovation in vocational schools.It is mainly on the current Chinese reading teaching in traditional method in middle schools and its defects and mentions literature analysis in reading teaching as a new conception.PartⅡis on the literature analysis theory's innovation character and its indication to vocational Chinese teaching; PartⅢtells that the innovation education can be performed on the stage of reding teaching method guided by literature analysis. discusses the strategy in the reading teaching on developing the creation ability of vocational school students. PartⅣIs the epilogue,which summarizes the acquired achievements and existing problems,hoping to be improved in teaching practice in the future.
