At present, the geography of junior high school is still in the secondary positionin the whole teaching system,the society prejudice on geography subject,it isgenerally believed that geography subject is "deputy class". The junior high schoolgeography teaching purpose is the basis of geography teaching in elementary school,causes the student to obtain systematic geography knowledge and basic skills, tocultivate students’ interest in learning geography, actively develop the students’thinking ability and intelligence, so how to cultivate junior middle school studentslearning interest in geography is particularly important, make the students more activeand actively participate in teaching activities, comprehend, realize the happiness forgeography study, thus in the relaxed happy atmosphere, mastered the basic geographicknowledge, skill and method, thus cultivating ability, improve quality, somephenomena of nature can make a more scientific explanation, to raise awareness,improve self-cultivation.In this case, this paper is about how to cultivate students’ interest in geographylearning has carried on the preliminary inquiry on how to cultivate students in juniorhigh school education of geography study interest has carried on the preliminaryexploration, mainly uses the integrated research methods such as literature analysis,widely collected data, the related literature at home and abroad were reviewed andsummarized and finishing, and summarizes the analysis. On this basis, the design ofthe questionnaire, the questionnaire survey, and combined with their own teachingpractice, classroom observation and survey on the master data, data analysis,summarized the related factors influencing the geography in junior high schoolstudents learning interest, and put forward the effective ways to improve thegeography in junior high school students learning interest and teaching strategy andfocus on geography. This thesis is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction,including the selected topic background,、significance and research methods;The second part is the definition of relatedconcepts about interest, interest in learning,and introduce general situation of relevantresearch both at home and abroad;The third part is the present status of geography injunior high school students interest in learning. Section of this chapter is the focus of this article, respectively from the following several aspects carries on thequestionnaire design, first focus on the purpose of the investigation, and questionnairesurvey, the paper analyses the present situation; Secondly to refine the researchcontent, survey method and investigation of the object; Finally the results ofinvestigation were analyzed;The fourth part is the influencing factors of middleschool geography study interest analysis. Mainly carries on the analysis from twoaspects, namely, teachers and social factors, Students and environmental factors,,provide referential Suggestions for the research on the fifth part of the strategy;Thefifth part is about how to improve the relevant strategy of geography in junior highschool students learning interest;The sixth part is the conclusion. The sixth part willbe based on the above research content of study on the comprehensive summary, andput forward the analysis summarizes the conclusions and the shortcomings of thepaper writing.
