The Value of education in robotics has been approved overseas; recently, robotics education also has been developing in domestic K-12 and has been fairly welcome to the teacher and student. But because robotics went into K-12 school only a few years ago, teachers lack enough experience of working on the activities of robotics instruction, so developing some academic direction knowledges and applied tools seems to be very necessary. Judging current state of robotics instruction, we will know about that the researches of robotics instruction in K-12 still are not grow on every hedge, specially the researches of web-based sustaining learning environment facilitating robotics instruction in K-12 are almost nought, not contrast to the prosperous activities of robotics instruction. Overseas robotics instruction is ahead of domestic robotics instruction about decade, correlative researches precede domestic researches, and there are more experiences, this can inspire domestic robotics instruction very much.In overseas robotics instruction, robot is generally regard as a medium to help students to learn concepts and knowledges in science,technology,engineering and mathematics, and cultivate the ability of teamwork,problem solving and innovation, this give the research huge inspiration. At the same time, the researches of some researchers about Hands-On and Minds-On also deliver the research important inspiration.This research begins with the contrastive analysis of the development state of current overseas and domestic robotics instruction, and analyses overseas two representative cases about robotics instruction, ttien discriminates basic elements of robotics instruction in K-12, namely subject learning activity,design activity and exploring activity, afterward establishs the model of robotics instruction that is composed of hands-on,cooperative intercourse and introspective construction, in succession designs and develops web-based sustaining learning environment that is based on above model.This research's ultima objective is designing and constructing web-based sustaining learning environment based on robotics instruction in K-12, facilitating students construct the multi-discipline concepts,knowledges that are implicated in robotics, and also cultivating teamwork ability and problem solving ability and innovation ability.Via more than a year research work, the author believes that this research basically has achieved anticipative goal, has came into being below some conclusions:1,in virtue of the analysis on current researches of overseas and domestic robotics instruction, the author has made clear of some rules concealed under robotics instruction and some important theoretics on which robotics instruction is based;2,in virtue of the analysis on some representative cases about robotics instruction, the author has distinguished some characters of robotics instruction;3,the author has brought forward that robotics instruction commonly has three types, namely subject learning activity,design activity and exploring activity, and made analysis on what elements compose these activities, and pointed out that robotics instruction is composed of hands-on,cooperative intercourse and introspective construction, besides established the corresponding model of robotics instruction;4,making use of Zope, the author has designed and constructed web-based sustaining learning environment to facilitate robotics instruction in K-12, the research has fetched up deficiency about lacking interrelated researches.The research's achievement and innovation can be concludes as below: firstly, having established the model of robotics instruction; secondly, under the condition of lacking interrelated researches, author has done some researches on web-based sustaining learning environment that facilitates robotics instruction in K-12 and has developed the system.
