Educational information construction is a systematic project that concerns every partof teaching and academic administration in the university. Human Resources ManagementSystem (HRMS) is one of the most important factors. Only by using appropriately humanresource and only by inspiring fully the faculty of staff's potential capacity can we raisecontinuously the quality and level of education.In recent years, many colleges and universities have made great efforts in this field.The author has made a certain research and analysis on HRMS based on a closeinvestigation on practice in those universities. After studying some cases, the author gavea brief analysis to the significance of HRMS in the university, HRMS of WeifangUniversity is modeled by UML language. All functional modules of HRMS and the designof resource-shared system based on the campus network are given. In practice, based onthe characteristics of Weifang University, HRMS is designed by B/S and C/S mode andthe database is developed. At last, the author describes the design and implementation ofHRMS with ASP technique. This system has already been running well on the campusnetwork.
