Based On The New Curriculum, High School Physics And Independent Learning

At present, the research about traditional teachers how to teach is turning into research students how to study in learning domain, the general educators are reforming the teaching approaches. The goal is to stimulate student's independent learning spirits, and build the good foundation for student's life-long development. "The independent learning" becomes the important point of the current teaching researches.The independent learning has its own producing background. It not only refers to the learning activity, the learning capability, but also refers to one kind of education ideas. This paper refers to the ability of learning activity only.Two times of investigations and a test in four schools are carried out in order to transform the study way and understand the physics study in high schools under the new curriculum. I found some problems from the data.The factors which affect the independent study are various. Here just discuss from the educational psychology angle. The independent learning is not only one kind of study processes or activities, but also one kind of learning capabilities. As one kind of active processes, the independent learning not only needs the intrinsic essential conditions, but also needs exterior supporting conditions; As one kind of capabilities, the independent learning is the result of the interactions between the learners and the external environment, and is one kind of relatively stable learning characteristic which the individual displays in the different situations. Therefore, the factors which affects the independent learning is not only from interior, but also from external.
