"Enrich and improve students' learning methods" is the basic principle of mathematic curriculum reform. Therefore, one of the focuses of education reform is how to develop students' learning quality and teach them how to learn. Some experts from home and abroad discovered: in the process of learning, students should learn strategies of mastering and using what they have learned but not just learn knowledge. They deem that developing the training of students' learning strategies is one of the effective methods to enhance education quality. Therefore, strategy teaching has been an important teaching model in the realm of education, and the construction of learning strategy has become important teaching content in the process of teaching. Basing on the characters of mathematics (abstract, systemic, practicability and instrumentality etc.) and by investigating the using condition of learning strategies in mathematical learning and analyzing the factors, this paper brings forward learning strategies such as how to obtain declarative knowledge, procedural knowledge, how to develop learning savvy and use metacognition cue. The learning strategies are put forward from four dimensionalities of contents, students' metacognition, learning method and class. From the viewpoints of teaching strategies, the paper also points out the basic principle and model of training learning strategies of mathematics. The paper emphasizes teaching learning methods and learning strategies to inspire students' interest and draw their attention to strategies. Teaching learning strategies can avoid vast knowledge concealing learning strategies so as to greatly improve on students' learning quality and efficiency and prepare for actualizing educational theory of New Curriculum.
