Using qualitative research method, the researcher discussed the formation of the peer group, the structure of peer group, the rules of peer group, and etc. After doing the experiment in 4 cases, the author made some conclusions. In reference to the related definitions on sociology, pedagogy and psychology, "peer group" in this paper is formed by three or more than three children spontaneously and voluntarily, and had a structure. The author used case study in this research. After doing the experiment in 4 classes, it concludes that there are many factors affect the formation of the peer group including the aging development, the comparability of characters and status, common cooperative environment and the core person. The average scale of the peer group is 4 to 5 children with 1 to 2 standbys. These peer groups bear the active function of sensibility support and it also has a negative side; This group has the following characteristics: there is a fixed core person and adherents in each group; repulsion and acceptance are common phenomenon; the gender separation is very clear; and they also have different group cultures. These peer groups base on friendship, so some members in these groups are intercrossed. Finally, the researcher make some introspection of the kindergarten education, and reflects on this study in two aspects.
