In recent years, the advanced age turn to be the pressure of our society.It brings new challenge to our country .The old's need of nursing member becomes greater and greater. How to promote the level of its profession also becomes a topic which be subjected to concern rather day by day.The author investigates in the topic from March to November,2006.This dissertation based on the data from the empirical research on GuLou district, JianYe district, BaiXia district,together with King-Kang recover center, Geneva cross recover center and the red old people's home in nanjing. It unveils the development present condition and the specialization of the nursing member. On this foundation, the author compares the nursing member of Aged-Care at home with the nursing member of institution old-age support,then probes into the reason of the differences. By means of making comparision to the advanced experience abroad,the author sums up the objective regulation of the nursing member from its creation to its development.Then,the author probes in looking for the way of how to lead the profession of the nursing member to adapt to the increasingly pressure of the advanced age.
