Teacher Eportfolio Under The Knowledge Management Research

The powerful function of teacher eportfolio such as gathering works, cooperating study, feedbacking the learning process, applying job, valuation and special field developing and so on which ware accepted by educational workers increasingly. Some scholars home and abroad has started to research eportfolio since 80's of twentith centery. However, the researches existed only focus on student eportfolio, and that about teacher eportfolio are comparatively less in quantity and quality. The fact regarding eportfolio as the implement that put on educational management and teachings evaluation could not adapt to the requirement in education in term of the applyment of current teacher eportfolio abroad. Because it has been short of the cooperation and feedback so that weakened the function which should have been.This research based on quality of eportfolio attempt to conduct theoretical frame which possess function of teacher eportfolio combining with knowledge management and special field development of teachers. The article has five parts , the preface introduces origins and developments about eportfolio, which has analysed the problems and origins existing in teacher eportfolio home and abroad, and it has advanced the idea that structure the teacher eportfolio based on knowledge management .The first part discusses effect and significance in teacher eportfolio, and set forth the theory about knowledge transformation. The second part designs a train of thought according to theory about knowledge transformation, and construct theoretical frame about teacher eportfolio. The third part designs every system inside. The fourth part integrates system in side of eportfolio and other system according to new thought of eportfolio at present. Lastly, it regards "Changzhou city tianjiabing middle school teacher grows up taking notes" as the aspect of researching to restructure.
