World conscience is a holy topic. We should have broad world view as well as significant historical view. Therefore, the reform of history curriculum focuses on the world conscience. The reform is with broad background view but small entrance, regarding mutual understanding and respect as its basic principles, and showing a tendency to take the human civilization achievements and promote the nation development. Eventually, the reform considers the human's coexistence, cooperation and bilateral advantages as its highest goal.This article begins with the core concept of the "world conscience". First, this article redefines and reconfirms this conception, tries to explore its principle characters, to offers some theories for the world conscience education and to remedy some oversights in its researches. Second, this article puts emphasis on how to carry out the world conscience education, to presents some methods, for example, how to catch some key words such as "different history periods", "pluralistic civilizations", "the impact and blend of the civilizations", "tradition and modernization" and so on, and to make the education of world conscience have more practical value. The last, the article, by designing some concrete cases, uses educational theories and methods into classroom teaching, and uses the effective way of "activities and researches" to deep the rational knowledge and emotion and to rise students' world conscience.
