Proposed the education al conscience is to examine educational practice with educational conscience from Ethics, which able to reflect one person's survival value and make the person take the serious educational responsibility in the process of reorganization and examination.Education is one kind of social phenomenon, training activity to person essentially, and one kind of compassion offered by the elder for next generation happiness. Education itself is the symbol of responsibility and loves. Furthermore, the educational conscience includes the maintenance of educational justice, that is the reflection of relationship to all rational existence. This paper takes the sense of educational kindheartedness, the sense of educational responsibility and the sense of educational Justice as the core constitution of educational conscienceFacing present educational situation, the loss of educational conscience has been an inevitable social problem, examining whether from educational emotion and educational duty or educational fairness.There is no time to call educational conscience, and educational conscience cannot produce without kindheartedness, responsibility and fairness, and should be perfected and promoted in educational practice.
