Vocational School Students Interpersonal And Direct Research

The 21 century is a century of a fierce competition and growing intercourse. The intercourse has become a way of the existence and development of modern people. For the students of the vocational school in the crucial period of the life, having a good interpersonal intercourse is not only the need for their physical and mental growth, but also in the need of the socialist modernization of our country. However, for the sake of the traditional bias, the condition of the healthy development of the students of the vocational school as well as the necessity of the abilities of a good interpersonal intercourse is seldom being focused on and poorly recognized by school family and society. To promote the healthy development of the students of the vocational school and the development of the vocational education cause of our country, this article does some research and thinking on the problem of the interpersonal intercourse of the students of the vocational school.This research probes into the interpersonal intercourse and its value of the students of the school by ways of questionnaire and individual interview on the basis of the research of the literature and on-the-spot investigation in the condition of interpersonal intercourse of the vocational school students, it summarizes the principal characters of interpersonal intercourse of the vocational school students, introduces some matters which exist in the interpersonal intercourse of the current students of the vocational school and analyses the cause from the impersonal and subjective aspect Furthermore it demonstrates the necessity of the research on interpersonal intercourse for the students in vocational school and the orientation for that from 3 aspects—the personal growth of vocational school students; the progress of age; and the need of moral education. Finally, according to the above mentioned, it introduces the mechanism about how to train the interpersonal intercourse competence of the students of the vocational school. In all, we should establish a new criterion about how to evaluate the student of the vocational school from multi-aspect and intellective theory. On the base of the theory, this part introduces the value target of the training of the interpersonal intercourse competence of the students of the vocational school. This article emphasizes the main ways of the cultivation of the personal intercourse competence of the students of the vocational school from exerting the dominant function of school education. And it points out that we should form the trinity of integrated forces composed of family, society and school, and to promote the healthy growth of vocational school students together.
