As a management idea, Business Process Reengineering(BPR) emphasize that work flow is the object and focus when to be rebuilt. BPR is aiming at concerning the demands and satisfaction of clients. BPR is ultimately redesigned and rethinking in work flow. Many famous corporations in the world have adopt BPR and succeeded at last. Therefore, the idea of BPR can be applied in the servicing corporations of career training.By the reference of the innovation experience in career training, this thesis discusses how to gain the sustainable competitive advantages, how to improve efficiency of career training. This thesis will provide some valuable advice for some firms of Shenzhen in training industry.In the introduction, it set forth the based concept and background of BPR. Furthermore, it describes the main idea and methods of BPR.Chapter One gives a brief introduction to situations and problem of training industry in Shenzhen. And than, from this chapter, we can get the purpose and meaning in studying competition of career training. In this chapter, it shows the concepts of career training competition.Chapter Two devotes a detailed account of the character of work flow in training, the key reasons and competitive methods in determining career training competition. As we known, the teachers, teaching places, teaching equipments is the key factors. But how to make good use of these resources, such as teaching equipment, teachers, places, is the more important in improving training competition.Chapter Three , firstly, analyses the work flow in career training in existence. Secondly, the chapter is trying to find out the reasons of impacting training competition.Chapter Four discusses that Shenzhen Polytechnic how to use BPR idea to redesign its training operation, and how to improves its training competition really. From this example, we can get some valuable and constructive suggests for training industry.
