With the deepening of the reform and opening up and modernization construction,China's vocational education has developed rapidly,Vocational colleges are blossoming everywhere.In order to satisfy the production,construction,management and service line of high-level technical application talented person's demand,The continually expand the scale of enrollment in higher vocational colleges,the number of students increased year by year.Countries at the same time of developing vocational education,to the construction of teachers in higher vocational colleges and put forward the higher request.During the "twelfth five-year",the ministry of education,ministry of finance jointly implement plan to improve the quality of teachers in vocational colleges,for the professional teachers of vocational colleges and universities to Double-teacher.At present,the most of the Double-teacher' team construction in higher vocational colleges has many problems need to be education workers to research and solve,such as unreasonable structure of teachers' team,the ability of a single,low levels of practical skills,etc.This article rely on to the QingYang vocational and technical college,on the basis of the current situation of the development of research and analyze the existing problems and reasons,to exploring the construction methods.The paper addresses the issue mainly from the following several aspects:Section 1,introduction.Mainly involves the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,research methods,research difficulties and innovation points,research ideas and framework.Section 2,To define the concept of the double-teacher,in this paper,the author studies on the double-teacher refers to the work in the vocational education,and at the same time have a college teacher certification and engineering technical personnel related ability certificate,while both the knowledge,ability,attitude and quality of organic fusion to the education of the education workers in the process of teaching.At the same time analyzes the connotation and essential characteristics,and illustrates with the "double-teacher " theory foundation of team construction.Section 3,the cultivation of vocational college teachers in China.Analysis of thepresent condition of the vocational colleges teacher training in our country and method,points out that higher vocational colleges in our country of the construction of Double-teacher.Section 4,in QingYang vocational and technical college Double-teacher team's construction situation,for example,the methods of questionnaire and interview,analysis of the current Double-teacher the existing problems and reasons.This paper argues that the "double type" understanding deviation;Teachers team construction foundation weak,the structure is unreasonable;The introduction of single channel,cultivate training consciousness is weak;University-enterprise cooperation strength is not high,lack of the scientific research ability is the main reason for the college teachers' development.Section 5,the analysis and vocational colleges part of vocational education developed countries for reference experience for the construction of teaching staff,to our country the construction of Double-teacher to enlightenment.Section 6,on the basis of the above analysis,the Double-teacher in higher vocational colleges in our country the construction method of countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.The research on the construction of double qualified teachers team in higher vocational colleges is very necessary to promote the development of vocational education and higher education system,It rely on the teachers themselves,colleges,government and social enterprises work together to build a set of feasible and efficient Double-teacher cultivating and training system,create a healthy environment,perfect the various supporting systems and facilities,to guarantee the steady development of Double-teacher.
