In the new era,with the different social demands and people's diversified demands for higher education,higher vocational technology education faces many opportunities and difficulties.Among them,the teachers who shoulder the task of cultivating talents are very concerned.Society,However,between the increasing demand for high quality skilled compound talents in society and the insufficient competence of higher vocational "double type" teachers face the increasingly prominent contradictions,which directly shackles the forward steps of higher vocational and technical education.With the deepening of the research on competency in the field of pedagogy,it is one of the effective ways to solve this contradiction to improve the competence and quality of "double type" teachers according to competency model.The main methods used in this paper are document analysis,interview and questionnaire survey.First,by using the literature analysis method to the literature review,analysis and finishing,Literature review mainly analyzes higher vocational "double type" teachers team construction at home and abroad,and analyzes the research situation of competence.In the core concept part,the concept of "double type" teachers and competency is defined in detail.It provides a basis for the acquisition of competency elements in the construction of competency model.Second,by using the method of interview and questionnaire surveys to interview communication of research object,and carries on the data collection in the form of a written questionnaire,and analyzes the three vocational colleges in Liaoning province "double type" teachers' structure,training mode,the needed capacity,evaluation of four sorts of current situation of the development of security mechanism,and finds the existing problems in the construction.This reveals that "double type" teachers cannot meet the current situation of job competency,which provides practical significance for the construction of competency model.Then,through the questionnaire recovery factor analysis of related data,builds the higher vocational "double type" teachers' competency model,and explain the model of the connotation and behavior characteristics of competency elements related.In the end,on the basis of competency model as a guide putting forward to advice for "double type" teachers team construction from the selection and configuration mechanism innovation,perfecting training system,optimizing the evaluation system,the healthy development of incentive mechanism.It is hoped that it will be beneficial to improve the matching degree of "double type" teachers' abilities and posts.
