Since the 1960s, facing the increasingly environment problems, environment education of training correct value view on environment quickly rose and developed. Entering 1990s, with people's understanding and caring to the relationship between environment and development problem, the theory of environment education appeared new value trend, which meant environment education should be geared to the sustainable development education. The development of society in the 21st century is a development that regard coordinate and unify society, person or environment as feature. In the world of today, environment problem is turning into the effectest,the best extensive global problem. Geography is a science that research environment that the mankinds subsist and the relationship between the mankind and geography environment, yet environment education is an important content in junior middle school geography education. This essay demonstrates the relationship between junior middle school geography environment education and sustainable development strategy; enucleate junior middle school geography environment education to the impact and importance of improving student's sustainable development strategy view; emphasize school environment education and its major content; expound ways of methods of completing our country junior middle school geography environment education.
