Since last nineteenth century, computer technology was deeply used, it have extended different kinds of sphere, including economy, technology, industry, social life and so on. It seems that nowadays computers are exercising a great influence all over the world. It brings an enormous revolution to the human being's daily life. And it is necessary to have a tremendous force to Education. This kind of technology will, and has to, change the old teaching skills and methods, till making a giant project of education.Under these circumstances, how to put computer technology into daily education is one of the most important problems for the faculty and staffs. In2002, the new teaching theory says that the learners'learning styles should be out on the top of teaching. At the same time, the use of computer technology was mentioned seriously on the teaching standard outline. IN order to make better teaching effect, help the learners improve the ability of computer using, we must strengthen the quality of computer teaching. This essay introduces the computer teaching of foreign countries, tells about the meaning and the importance of computer learning and using nowadays, Analysis the situation and the existent problems of computer teaching in today's primary school. With the guide of the latest teaching theories, this essay try to research the task teaching pattern and the varied evaluation, and also analysis those patterns and theories.
