With the coming of intellective and economic age, the competition all over the world is more and more intense. Education is considered as an important tactic that can accelerate the development in every country. The significance of teachers'development in educational reformation emerges increasingly. The teachers become the keys of educational reformation. We have to build a troop of high-making and professional teachers in order that we can accelerate the healthy development of educational career, therefore improving teachers'diathesis becomes the common voice in society. Since 1990s, teachers'continuous education to improve their professional level has been paid more and more attention. The training based on native school as the important constitution of teachers'continuous education becomes an important form of teachers'educational training because of its practicability, pertinence and agility.To research training based on native school is an effective way for exploring and promoting teachers'vocational growth. There are many ways in the teachers'vocational development, but no way can be separated from the practice of teaching, because teachers'professional skills grow and develop gradually on the base of teachers'on-the-job practice. School in which teachers work is the main environment of teachers'vocational development. It proves that training based on native school which is the center of teachers'vocational development can overcome the defects of teachers'vocational training.The training based on native school to promote teachers'vocational development has been spread comparatively late in China. Experts and scholars have done researches which illuminate the aim, significance, way, method, position, function and so on, but the successful mode of training based on native school, which is analyzed and investigated systematically, then concluded and abstracted with the method of researching individual example, is unusual.This article takes training based on native school in No. 47 Middle School as an example by way of action research ,example research, questionnaire and so on. It investigates and considers many problems about the layout, design, practice and mode of training based on native school deeply according to conclusion, analysis and contrast.After research and think, the writer put forward solution and suggestion which are good for teachers'vocational development, and also put forward that the training based on native school must take the respect of teachers'leading position and need as precondition, so teachers will build self- developmental consciousness and idea up, we must mark out the training according to the continuity and stageability of development, so that they can get the help for vocational development; we must consider all the factors that influence teachers'development, and establish the helpful environment for teachers'development. At the same time, the writer put forward three kinds of modes for training based on native school which exert important function at every stage, that is, the mode based on self-reflection, the mode based on action research and the mode based on independent study.
