This article originates from the Explanation of high school language curriculum standard and the raise of the language application ability, as well as understanding of Marxism practice view and the theory about person's definition understanding. The person is the mark animal, the mark is the complete human behavior and the civilized fundamental unit, it is the individual participation culture world way. The language application is one of the most important constituent of the human culture, as well as creates the fresh way of human culture. It is one kind of important mark behavior. Therefore the mark practice becomes an angle for understanding language application. This article carries on the discussion from the mark practice angle to the mark practice in person's development function, as well as the language application characteristic.The language study is one of the constituent of study about mark , it has provided the strut to the language application research, simultaneously, practices the domain along with the people the expansion. In the real life all sorts of languages application broader, language application carrier more and more diverse, but the former linguistics, the psychology to the language application understanding is arid to the static grammar rule and the language phenomenon analysis. Perhaps the angle which obtains from the skill training carries on the instruction, but the mark practice regards as to the language application understanding the language application a dynamic process.The third part of this article mainly elaborated the Chinese language and writing symbolism to the language application enlightenment, has analyzed the enlightenment of Chinese language symbolism characteristic and elaborated these characteristics to the language application ability raise, in which including the Chinese character characteristic and its the standard application.The fourth part is about the language teaching process and the language application raising analysis, separately from the mark practice to person's development request, person's developing process prompt angle to the teaching goal hypothesis, content choice in the course and the way of teaching process study ,the appraisal method several aspects carries on the analysis, and produces some suggestion. This part has analyzed the current curriculum standard to the language application ability request, in various editions language teaching material involves the course content the role which plays in the language application ability raising process, as well as the language study way. It has inspected and analyzed the current language educational circles.This article mainly utilizes is the literature analysis method, which can understand the language application ability from another angle, thus forms a new angle of view and one new method and provides some theories above this foundation to raise the actual language application ability .
