Secondary Vocational And Technical Teacher Professionalization

The secondary vocational and technological education undertakes the important task of cultivating qualified labors and the quality of teacher is one of the determinate factors. From the viewpoint of international comparative education, the thesis focuses on theories and practices of the professionalization of secondary vocational school teachers, combining with the characteristics, essences and connotes of secondary vocational and technological education, especially on the requirements, standards and ways of professionalization of secondary vocational and technological teachers'.
