Vocational School Organization Culture

Currently, the change of management has been acknowledged as a trend of organizational development. With our country paying great attention to vocational education and the rapid development of vocational education, traditional manage mental patterns can′t meet the needs of school management again . The development of vocational schools calls for the change of manage mental patterns.The theory of organizational culture has grown on the basis of enterprise culture. There is a very important practical significance to arouse the cultural awareness of vocational schools so that more. Vocational schools can use the successful experience of enterprise culture for reference and apply the theory of manage mental culture to the management of school education.There are five sections in this article. The main achievements in research are as follows:1. Based on defining relative concepts and intensions of Vocational schools′organizational culture and discussing the functions of Vocational schools′organizational culture, this article has compared and analyzed Vocational schools′organizational culture and enterprise culture, and expounded the theoretical basis on which vocational schools use the successful experience of enterprise culture for reference.2. On the basis of questionnaires, this article has objectively analyzed the present condition of the current organizational culture of vocational schools, brought to light the problems and the factors of affecting organizational culture management of vocational schools, and placed emphasis on the necessity and urgency to establish the organizational culture of vocational schools.3. This article has come up with a basic idea for establishing the organizational culture of vocational schools using the successful experience of enterprise culture for reference in the fields of material culture, system culture and spiritual culture. This article has also put forward main proposals about how to establish it.
