Our country's new round of the basic education curriculum reform at the turn of the century started. From 2001 to today, English curriculum reform has entered overall implementing period from experimenting period. Now the most important problem is about the evaluation according to the experience of some schools' experiments. This article deals with the English course reform in the primary school with the combination of the English curriculum of the status quo of the Hebei District in Tianjin. The characteristic of primary school's evaluation is stressing the students' main position; pay attention to process evaluation, promote the Students' overall development; cater to all of the students' needs, pay close attention to individual diversity; persist in pluralism of main part evaluation; emphasize participation, action each other and cooperation; shift the importance of evaluation, use diverse methods. With the new curriculum, the contents of studying English evaluation in primary school include: the interesting of studying English; the development of emotion and the manner to study English; the skill of using the comprehensive language. This article puts forward the patterns of studying English evaluation in primary school, including the way of multiple intelligences, the formative evaluation, the emotional evaluation of studying English in primary school, the tactics evaluation, the individual evaluation, the companion evaluation and group evaluation.
