Zheng Jie, our tennis player, get into the top 16 in the French Open Tennis Championship in 2004 and in the same year Zheng Jie and Yan Zi entered the top 8 in the women-double of Australian Open Tennis Championship. This received a big burst ever than before. Li Ting and Sun Tiantian got the gold medalist surprisingly at the Athens Olympic Games. This began a new era of China's Tennis. It also signals the rapid uprising of China's Tennis that the China Open Tennis Championship attracted many top international players of the world to show on the central field. Zheng Jie and Yan Zi became the championship of women-double in Australian Open Tennis Championship which signals our women tennis entered a new developing stage.Although our women tennis players have step into the international elite, we still have a certain distance with top players. Our single women player's level is lower and there is a distance between them and international elite on strength. If our single players want to get a new breakthrough, they must have a totally training on skill and physical ability. The training process of elite is a complicated integrated and systematic project with the purpose of making the organisms attaining a certain condition to ensure to display a high competitive ability and get a satisfied record. The record is influenced by physical ability, skill and the applying of strategy and so on. The wrong, great quantity or high intensity during training process causes injures to players so scientific and systematic training is very important. Scientific research is the fundamental driving force to promote the sports level. Good strength training is the most important part of training and has a very significant meaning on promoting the sports record. The essay summaries the training methods of women tennis elite and generalizes the scientific experiences from the system and model of training theories in order to establish a completed strength training system and to play an positive role on the development of tennis.
