In tennis, all moves are moving fast to complete, and are based on the core muscles for the kinematic chain, a strong core muscle strength of the movement plays a key role in the conduction of the movement body posture, motor skills and technology and support action plays a role in stability. Force at the core of the sport, a direct impact on the technical mastery and performance levels, as well as other affects the quality of the development of the movement.The core strength of this study was conducted on the use of fuzzy mathematics method, the core of experts in the development of tennis players experience the power of the quantization processing, find the force at the core of the six kinds of factors and enhance the core strength of 12 kinds of the best training methods and thus the development of training programs for the current tennis athletes in training to enhance the core strength of the recommendations provided in the reference. And the following results:1. The core of strength training is to improve the competitive level of tennis player, one of the important precondition is that physical training in the sport, an important and indispensable component.2. The use of fuzzy mathematics to determine the force at the core of the tennis player with a variety of factors related to the degree of training methods can be blurred so that many dispersed together expert opinions and quantitative classification, to facilitate understanding of the relationship between the two, since some guidance on the role of training .3. Application of Fuzzy Mathematics in the optimized combination of different training methods to optimize the combination of means, so that the training methods have complementary role in the development of core strength training program, coaches in training should be based on Table 5 as the guide, in accordance with their level of athletes and characteristics of core strength training to control, to carry out targeted training.4. To the core strength in the optimized combination of training methods on the basis of a reasonable balance between the allocation of training time and energy savings in order to further enrich the training of tennis theory, for the majority of coaches in the control of the training process and provide a theoretical basis and practical guide, improve training efficiency.
