Research On Unemployment Assistance Policy Of Unemployed College Graduates

With the continuous development of higher education in China, more and more students go into the University to accept the higher education. Students get rich cultural knowledge by higher education, becoming talents with higher knowledge and literacy in our society. Normally, students have a higher stock of human capital and they should have more opportunities in career choice. However, due to economic and social development can’t meet the needs of college graduates in high-growth, coupled with the impact of global economic situation which is not optimistic about the development, university graduates have become one of difficult employment groups. Unemployment problems of graduates also arise. If college graduates unemployed and knowledge is not successfully transformed into productivity, it will have an influence on the realization of individual value of college graduates; it also affects the enthusiasm of the family investment on higher education and the harmony of the relationship between family members; in the long run, it has a negative effect on the progress and stability of the society. In recent years, in order to solve the difficult problem of graduate employment, unemployment relief policy follows without the employment of college graduates unemployment. The implementation of unemployment relief policy ensures the basic life of graduates and plays an important role in promoting the employment of graduates.Firstly, this paper describes the background and purpose on unemployment assistance policy of the research, mainly using the policy analysis method and the method of literature analysis to do research. It’s on the basis of the unemployment assistance policy which the State Council and other government departments release. Secondly, this paper compares and sorts on policies, from unemployment registration system, job attachment system, post assistance system, the public employment service system to the business support system; then, looks for a variety of system policy and in-depth analysis of policy; thus, explores the existing problems of the unemployment assistance policy in the variety systems. Finally, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the corresponding problems, in order to achieve the perfect unemployment assistance policy on unemployed college graduates and play better the unemployment assistance policy to promote employment of unemployed college graduates.
