Research On The Reasons And University Countermeasures Of Undergraduates' Structural Unemployment

Higher education has got unprecedented development since large-scale enrollment expansion policy was implemented in 1999. At the same time, the imbalance between higher education and social demands is also growing prominent. On the one hand, our society urgently needs massive professional personnel. But on the other hand, the undergraduates trained by university can not completely adapt to the demand of these posts provided by market of continuous changes. Therefore, when seeing the total number of unemployment in the course of employment for undergraduates, we should pay more attention to the structural unemployment implied behind the total number of unemployment.Firstly, the paper defines the concept of undergraduates' structural unemployment and the related concepts and analyzes their types, at the same time, it points out that our country exists in the reality and manifestation of undergraduates' structural unemployment; Secondly, this paper using undergraduates, employing units and university as objects, in which surveys and analyzes the related factors of undergraduates' structural unemployment, according to the related literature material and the results of questionnaire research, describes that undergraduates' structural unemployment is that the knowledge structure, ability and quality, skill level and employment concept of undergraduates can not adapt to or meet the demands of the employing units and further analyzes that one of the main reason of undergraduates' structural unemployment is deficiency of university talents education, at the same time, it especially describes the problems of talent person training in the university of our country. Then, this paper describes beneficial experience that foreign higher education popularization countries and Hong Kong area of our country cope with the undergraduates' structural unemployment and obtains enlightenment. Finally, this paper rethinks countermeasures of coping with the undergraduates' structural unemployment and puts forward constructional schemes from the university of our country.
