With the popularization of higher education, the employment of the college graduates has become the focus of attention. Currently, the structural unemployment problem that vacancies and unemployment coexist becomes intensive. The problem of structural unemployment is caused for many reasons. First, due to our cultural traditions associated with the ideological influence, coupled with high investment in higher education, students hold high expectancy during hunting job; At the same time, College Expansion increases the number of college students weakening the value of the students' diploma, and university professionals are set behind the market demand. And there is serious institutional division labor market, and government policies cannot match the employment system reform. Structural unemployment is the reform of higher education students must go through the process, also the result of institutional change, so we must find solutions to it in many ways. Students should locate their own future development, constantly improve their overall quality, and make their human capital become their most abundant resource. Effective organization is the key to institutional change, universities themselves, therefore, have to courage to reform:profession and curriculum should be set according to the market demand, and constantly deepen the reforms of the talent cultivation mode, increase investment in education and teaching to improve undergraduate education. Government should change the economic development mode, establish and improve the labor market mechanism, create "people oriented environment and mechanisms for their talent in the whole society and provide good employment opportunities for university students.
