Time lag is a difference of time, it is a time-lapse phenomenon rooted in temporal dimensionality, and it brings instantaneous nonidentity between practical result and aim request. The time lag of Chinese course is that there is a relative lag between the development of Chinese course and request of times. Such lag is decided by hominine factor, external environment and idiosyncrasy of Chinese course. With the eighth curricular reform being carried out, Chinese course of primary school and high school begin to change to human standard stepwise from curricular standard. We can't defy that there was a diminution in side-effect about time lag of Chinese course every time. However, we can't diminish this side-effect. Time lag is one of the essential characters of Chinese course, and it will live for ever.The presence of time lag have an external inevitability, and it will influence people who collect and dispose information, touch the effect of course, debase students'ability of fitting society, increase the side-effect of course, augment the oppugn of community and families. And it will also disintegrate curricular structure, so we can't unify the instrumental characteristic and the culture trait of Chinese course.To sum up, the time lag of Chinese course involves not only the interval between preparation and application but also the lag between curricular content and culture development. Therefore, we can divide up curricular lag into two proportions: inner lag and outer lag. The main causes bring lag are limited reasonableness and asymmetry of information. Understanding culture trait intangibly, restricted by technology, faultiness of system and disequilibrium of distributing behalf can also restrain the development of Chinese course. With the new curricular reform being carried out, the Chinese course has gained a lot of achievement and a spot of defect. So the characteristic of curricular time lag became more and more clear. Besides limited reasonableness and asymmetry of information, understanding adaptability and complexity of Chinese course scantily, ignoring freedom and cohesion of Chinese course are also the important causation that produce time lag.The time lag characteristic of Chinese course is obvious compared with other course. Recessive value, data question and neutrality of value are the bottle-neck restricting study of lag. The representations of influence of realizing implemental goal are distortion and excursion in macroscopically layer. Leading location of education is occupied by examination influenced because of examinatorial system. However, examinatorial scope is very small, so it can't suit demand of society development. In addition, the object that Chinese course direct face to is students, whose discrete characteristic aggrandizements lag of Chinese course. The representations of influence of realizing implemental goal are turbulence and confusion in microcosmic layer, which caused from multiple criterion of Chinese knowledge, yielding characteristic of curricular configuration, confusion of scientific consecution and utility of scientific value. The representations of influence of realizing culture goal have two aspects. One is parochialism of culture goal, which is prone to shrink culture goal, defines culture automatically, understands culture development doctrinally, comprehends Chinese course subjectively. The other is culture characteristic,which equated Chinese culture with social culture and is prone to engender Matthew Effect Rules. And then function of culture goes into nihility, system of culture become more and more blurry.Thus it can be seen that innovation of course is a complicated engineering with specifically phases. Innovation of course will face to some new conversions in new times. For example, it will change physical system into ecosystem, will change Han nationality language into all the Chinese people's language, will have Chinese course walk up to the world and will change curricular innovation into institutional innovation. All the changes will bring some new characters of Chinese course's time lag and provide new study methods and paths. Innovation is an unabated impetus to depress time lag of Chinese course. On the one hand, we should depress time lag of Chinese course with Scientific Outlook on Reformation. We should cognize new developments and requirement of reformation of Chinese course fully, make the reformations of Chinese course and the other courses as a whole, make rural Chinese course and urban Chinese course as a whole, make intercourse and reformation of Chinese course as a whole, and make instrumental characteristic and culture characteristic of Chinese course as a whole. On the other hand, innovation is the headspring of depressing time lag of Chinese course. We should innovate curricular theoretic continually, should not regard innovative theory as slogan but practice, should not get the innovation of Chinese course done once and for ever but develop it constantly. We should also inaugurate content and pattern of course ceaselessly, make the innovation of Chinese course and that of all the courses as a whole. In addition, we should cognize that innovation of educational system is the base and end-result of all the other innovation. We should study the culture character and practice character of innovation of system, pay attention to the vital character of innovation.It is a long-term course to reduce time lag of Chinese course. We will not accomplish it in an action. And it is a tremendous engineering from everlasting to everlasting. We should depress time lag of Chinese course with Scientific Outlook on Reformation, make the innovation of Chinese course and innovative system of courses as a whole. So we can produce harmonious Chinese course in new times.
