Chinese characters are used to record Chinese symbols in Chinese.They are characterized by instrumental,but they are not a simple symbol for recording language,because they are extensions of culture,including the unique value system of Han nation ality.Chinese characters is a combination of the form and meaning,it's the record of the symbol system of Chinese,it is also the foundation of us to understand and read the cla ssical reading,so teaching literacy is the priority among priorities of compulsory educati on in primary school,the "compulsory education curriculum standard(2011 Edition)" h as also repeatedly stressed the importance of literacy teaching in primary school.Now t he excellent traditional culture is strongly advocated,"traditional culture" rise again,ac cordingly,Chinese characters will be paid more attention again in culture,for primary s chool literacy teaching,if there is Chinese characters of cultural infiltration,not only ca n improve the efficiency of primary school literacy teaching in the classroom,but also c an heritage down the Chinese characters of cultural silently in this process.This paper a dvocates the literacy teaching in the view of Chinese characters culture,take it as the fo othold,and the Chinese curriculum standard,Chinese characters culture and psychology as the basis to put forward teaching strategies for the Pictograph,ideogram,ideographic character and phonogram---Integrating the Chinese character culture appropriately,an d making mission objectives for the literacy teaching which infiltrated the Chinese char acters culture organically.This will not only help to reverse the dull and monotonous li teracy mode,improve the efficiency of literacy teaching,but also help the inheritance ofChinese culture,cultivate students' love for the motherland culture and cultivate their n ational way of thinking.Therefore,to inherit and carry forward the Chinese character cu lture is the responsibility that every Chinese teacher cannot shirk.Literacy teaching und er the perspective of Chinese character culture should also be an important content for e very Chinese teacher to explore continuously.
