| The politics course in senior middle school stage plays the role of a major means of helping the students to form the right attitude towards the world, life and values during the course of middle school students' moral education. And its effectiveness to a greater extent, links straightly to the formation of the right political beliefs and moral values of the senior middle school students. And how to improve the effectiveness of it has become a major question in theory as well as in reality due to the diversitification of social values, the lack of moral values of senior middle school students and the low effectiveness of senior middle school politics course.It's divided into three parts:The first part states the necessity of improving the effectiveness of senior middle school politics. Firstly, senior middle school politics is a major means of helping the students to form the right attitude towards the world, life and values . Secondly, it is urgently needed to instruct the students to form the right values with the diversitification of social values. Thirdly, it is the key stage for the senior middle school students to form the right attitude towards the world, life and values. Fourthly, the low effectiveness of senior middle school politics course badly influences the implement of the goal for quality education.The second part analyzes the cause of the low effectiveness of the politics course in the stage of senior middle school presently. Firstly, in the education oriented to exam, there exists the problem of emphasizing knowledge but slighting abilities, emphasizing the methods of teaching but slighting the methods of learning. Secondly, from the aspect of the arrangement of teaching content, there exists the problem of the lack of updating of the examples in the textbook, the lack of the public believability of the content, and the lack of process leading of theory. Thirdly, from the aspect of the monotonousness of methods of teaching and education, there exists the problem of teachers' telling the whole class, the lack of process leading and over-depending on multimedia. Fourthly, from the singleness of the evaluation system, there exists the problem of emphasizing the final assessment but lack of process assessment and neglecting the assessment of the students' own and the inter-assessment of them. Fifthly, in terms of the influence of theteachers' quality over students, there still exists the problem of a part of teachers' low professional quality , lack of right values and the occupational exhaustion. Sixthly, in terms of the influence of other social factors, there exists the problem of the bad effect of the diversitification, interaction, and complexion of the internet and the prejudice for politics course of people.The third part put forwards some measures and effective solution against these problems raised above. Firstly, in terms of improving the teachers overall quality, it is needed that great efforts should be made to make it clear to teachers that politics course is quite important, to strengthen the education of teachers' right values, to lift the professional skills and morality, to bring into play the charm the teachers' personality, and to adjust the negative psychology so as to eliminating the occupational exhaustion. Secondly, in terms of building up the students-centered educational concept , it is necessary for teachers to develop the idea of teachers being the promoters for students' learning, the idea of teaching different students in different ways, admitting the difference between students, and to value the cultivation of students emotion to stimulate students to learn actively. Thirdly, from the aspect of teaching content in line with "the theory of the closest developing areas", on the one hand, teaching content should be close to the real life, on the other hand, teachers' creativity of textbooks should be enhanced. Fourthly, from the aspect of the diversitification of teaching methods, situational teaching methods and experiencing methods are advocated. |
