Student's class involvement is a key factor in study processing. It can directly impact a student's study result by judging whether student's class learning really happens or not. The activity of study really happens when a student joins in class learning with full behavior and emotion instead of passively sitting on a lecture.The problem of student's class participation has caused concerns among many home and abroad scholars. They have carried out broad and thorough research, and have left much beneficial and precious experience and results for us, but there still has some insufficiencies. The research of student's class participation is mostly based on macroscopic view. For example, some abroad researches study the factors such as sex, academic record, ego concept, classroom environment. The studies of homeland are mostly based on teaching theory, class teaching sociology and psychology. But all these studies have insufficiencies in micro aspects. They only aimed at students at some appointed grade and study some specific subjects' participation and were short of pertinency and operatability.According to the questionnaire, some problems can be worked out in current junior students' class participation in mathematics, such as low participation consciousness, unequal participation chance, lack of participation precondition, incorrect motivation and easily affected by teacher-student relations.This paper which is aiming at above problems and directed by John Dewey's Main Participation Theory as well as Claude Shannon and Warren Weaver's Association Teaching Theory and Piaget's Cognition Develop Theory is based on the mathematics features and mathematics study characteristic of elementary school. Some strategies are worked out in this paper to promote student's mathematics class participation. The strategies have five aspects: improve students' awareness of participation, increase students' participation chance, create participation condition for students, adjust students' motivation and build harmonious teacher-student relations.Although the activity of study is an interaction between teachers and students, students are core, and teachers should be directors. We should show more attention on the essence of strategies. Because the practical environment in studying is complicated and unpredictable, teachers should use the strategies flexible: analyze the situation before teaching and then choose the right strategies so as to avoid the weakness of specific strategy.
