The Sannong issue, which refers to agriculture farmer and countryside, is the important factor which influences China's economy to increase.In the recent years, the rural labor force transferring to city to get higher salary becomes one of the effective ways which resolves the Sannong issue.As a major force in the industrial workers, peasant workers generally lack occupational technical ability, not only difficult to transfer non-agricultural industries, and achieve stable employment in the cities, but also difficult to upgrade the status of employment levels.In order to effectively resolve above-mentioned problems, referring to economic theories and human capital development of peasant workers, the paper will study the peasant worker's vocational training by adopting the qualitative and quantitative research method. The paper analyzes the problems of peasant workers vocational training from supply and demand as a starting point. The following conclusions can be formed:First, vocational training is the most direct path to raise the human capital of the peasant workers. Second, the supply shortage of vocational skills training to peasant workers is the main aspect and concentrated in the two levels of government and enterprises, which mainly showing as insufficient capital investment and weak business momentum. Demand factors restricting are also needed to concern. The third is the "multi-pronged" to solve the peasant worker vocational training problems. From the macro level, diversified investment mechanism, in which finance is dominant, should be constructed as soon as possible. From the medium and micro level, diversified training system of enterprises as the main body should be built up as soon as possible. It is important to establish good legal system, policy environment and evaluation system. Teaching referring to ability is also the essential factor.
