Third, this research mainly analyzes the theory of values clarification and the present situation of the moral education in colleges, then put forward the constructive speculation of improving the moral education in colleges: the moral education in colleges must establish the independent principle; the moral education in colleges needs to pay great attention to the cultivation of moral selection ability; the moral education in colleges wants"the return life world"; the moral education in colleges needs to be fastidious about the implementation strategy. Finally, the essay has studied several questions which exist in the process of the referent of the theory of values clarification, all of which needs to be paid attention: while paying great attention to the independent education, cannot give up the science indoctrination; while stressing the importance of the individual value, insists the education of the common values; while respecting the independence of students, we must insist the leading role of teachers.The theory of values clarification is established on the basis of relativism, so it has certain defects itself; As a product of social development, it also has a theoretical and practical significance.
