With the development of economic globalization, technology and the popularityof the network, the people’s material and spiritual life change a lot. The wealth ofinformation and different values of mutual impact, affected the judgment of the youngstudents, have also hindered the establishment of their correct values. This need togive students clear guidelines, allowed to distinguish right from wrong and toeliminate the values of confusion, while enhancing students’ evaluation of ability tosolve a variety of moral dilemma, the formation of the correct values. In order to moreeffectively enhance and improve the effect of Moral Education in Universities inChina, drawing on foreign excellent moral education theory has become a necessaryway.The value of the United States to clarify the theoretical background, to solve theproblem and the means of the method has similarities with China, so learn from ourAmerican values clarification theory helps to solve new problems and new challengesfaced by the Moral Education in Universities in China. Value clarification theorymainly students in the social chaos through a series of educational choice, praise, andpractice methods to clarify values, and in the process teaches students how to judgeand to choose their own values, to adjust and respond to complex relationships andsocial reality. This paper describes the concept of value clarification theory, theevaluation process of values clarification method, values clarification theory to clarifythe reaction method and the theoretical values and the formation process. And toclarify the theoretical evaluation of the value so that we have an objective theory ofvalues clarification.On this basis, this paper analyzes the process of moral education in Chinaneglecting the students ’position, content from the students’ real life, education is moresingle issues and faced with the complex international environment, domesticenvironment, the problem increased challenges. Followed by the targeted First, wemust establish the principle of subjectivity in the process of moral education, respectfor the student body position, and second, to pay attention to the cultivation of moral choice for students, teach students how to choose the three should pay attention tostudent life, so that in the moral practice students to highlight the moral experience,four to pay attention to the implementation of the recommendations of the strategy toenrich the moral education, in order to improve the effect of the moral Education inUniversities in China. Finally, the college moral education process to combine thereality of our country, adhere to the guiding status of Marxism in the moral educationwithout wavering. Reference and value clarification theory, but also absorb thelessons of attention to focus on the main sex education at the same time not give upscience instill not give up, emphasizing the importance of personal values to adhere tothe leading role in education, to avoid students formed relativism wrong values.Combined with the actual reference value clarification theory, plays an important rolein improving the effectiveness of our university and moral education in China.
