Students Career Counseling Research

In recent years, the employment of college students has become increasingly prominent because of continuously increased enrollment on a large scale in China' s colleges and universities. At the same time, as the rapid development of market - oriented economy and speedy advanced science and technology , mobility and change of occupation have increased, planning and forward-looking of career have also enhanced. The launch of college students' career counseling, which guides college students to plan their future career early, make full use of learning opportunities in school, and comprehensively improve their professional capacity and disposition, has become an important task of personnel training in colleges and universities.This paper is divided into four parts. The first is a theoretical interpretation related to the concepts of college students' career counseling, then an introduction of the rise and development about it. The second part is a comprehensive exposition to the role of college students' career counseling, which emphasizes on an objective requirement of current social development and an important measure to promote the development of college students. The third part discusses the main tasks of college students' career counseling: career planning guidance, professional quality training and employment guidance. Part IV clarifies the ways , the means of implementation and the security system of college students' career counseling.
