We should pay a lot of attention to the 20-40's in the 20th century, for that's so important to the developing of Chinese preschool education. During this period, Chinese preschool education began sinicized and localized. At the same time, there were many well-known educators, such as Tao xingzhi and Chen heqin. Their educational theories reflected spirits of that times which could make prescription to education of our times .By reading the literature ,this research concludes,coordinates and analyses Tao xingzhi and Chen heqin's points of view spreading around in the works. The researcher aims to integrate the opinions with the spirits of our timesThe researcher analyzed and studied Tao xingzhi and chen heqin's educational theories from four topics which are democracy,science,live and creation. As for democracy, they both paid attention to the equality of entrance and the equality of being instructed. As for science, they both supported studying preschool education scientifically. As for life, they called for integration of preschool education and children's life. As for creation, they developed children's creativity while they always kept the educational research alive. At last, the researcher indicated the implication to nowadays' preschool education...
