The education of the elementary school is the foundation of the country education. During the time of Anti-Japanese War , elementary education in Jin Chaji Border Region play an important role in the border regions general construction. Developing elementary education can provide perpetual nationalities who are brimming with winning belief and posses knowledge of counteractive war. The development of the elementary education promote the ardor of the country, which is very important in the triumph of the Anti-Japanese War. The thesis is intended to discuss the elementary education in Jin Chaji Border Region during the Anti-Japanese War. The elementary education in Jin Chaji Border Region is the primary investigative object. I also narrate and textual research, teaching material, teachers and all the other aspect. From it, we can find some instructive use for reference and important enlightenment in disseminating country education.The whole text's main content is as following:First, the policy of the elementary education in Jin Chaji Border Region. Under the guidance of the general democratism, the policy of the elementary education in border region is: education serves for war, education is combined with manufacture, compulsory education is put into practice, men and women were equal in educational chance, develop femal education, carry out'run by the local people and assist the public'policy, fellow out the policy of education is for mass.Second, it discussed the education system, curriculum and teaching method. It's mainly involved the fixed number of year for the elementary education which suit for war, school time and recess time. Curricular setting must adapt to actual need. Teaching method must flexible and multiplex.Third, it discussed the teaching establishment, educational funds and teaching material. Elementary school in border region over come a good many difficulties. In order to resolve the difficulties in classroom, desk, textbook and stationery, teachers and students exert their ability and wisdom. The governments and people in border region managed to resolve the problem in going short of educational funds. Concerning teaching material, mainly include the compiling, printing and use of the teaching material. Teachers and students in border region via their own endeavor, think up all kinds of measures and get over the difficulties in lacking of teaching material. Fourth, it discussed the teachers in elementary school. It mainly discussed the governments in border region take measures to inspect and train teachers, because of the shortage of the teachers and the low level in teachers'qualification. In this way, the teachers'level in operation and civilization has highly advanced.Fifth, it's the epilogue. It sums up the characteristic, achievements and the existent problems in elementary school in Jin Chaji Border Region. It also relates the elementary education's practice provides beneficial enlightenments to our today's elementary education.
